Unlike the often cost prohibitive nature of wine dinners, beer dinners are approachable even for the beer connoisseur on a budget. Watch City is joining the ranks of the growing food conscience community and this beer dinner represents the first steps of change! From April 22nd to April 25th we will be offering a 3 course fixed price menu that will feature some locally sourced products. This dinner will replace our special which allows you to come down and start your beer dinner at your leisure. We are hoping to incorporate the slow food mentality into our restaurant. It has been Assistant Brewer, Dave Keramaty's project of the last several weeks to plan a beer dinner menu. Chef Marc Levine and Dave have been working on pairings and securing local suppliers. The beer dinner will be a bit unconventional in that instead of one day the fixed beer dinner menu will be offered from April 22nd to April 25th to coincide with the Craft Brewers Conference. The menu will include 3 courses and feature locally raised pork for the entree. The dessert will feature some delicious locally made chocolate from TAZA chocolates of Somerville and will be paired with the Chocolate Thunder Porter which was brewed with 50 pounds of it.
