Flagship Beers

TICK TOCK ALE   A golden, light-bodied beer. By far the most popular beer in our lineup due in part to it lightness and refreshing character. Composed of primarily German Pilsner, Belgian Pale malt and German hops, this beer is extremely drinkable 1.040 S.G. ... 14 IBU's ...3.9% ABV

Shillelagh Irish Red  Maris Otter malt constitutes the majority grain in the malt bill for this recipe. Its presence is evident in the careful balance of malt sweetness and dryness, delivering a fuller, rounder mouthfeel. Roasted barley; for color, and Torrified wheat; for head retention, provide additional elements to our interpretation of this (historically speaking) newcomer on the beer scene.  We have submitted this beer to the usual process to attain a creamy pour by subjecting it to a dosing of nitrogen.
1.052 S.G. ... 23 IBU's ... 4.7 % ABV

HOPS EXPLOSION IPA   Slightly darker and more body than Totem, Hops lives up to name with a powerful conflagration of hop flavor. This IPA would keep on interplanetary expeditions. For all of its hop persona it remains a balanced beer, with an underlying malt-sweetness to help soften the Hop impact.
1.056 S.G. ... 63 IBU's ... 6.2% ABV

TITAN ALE   An American Brown Ale with a WCBC reputation for bigflavor (see our dinner menu!). This beer has the most loyal following amongst the party faithful. Malty, hoppy and nurturing; a beer that delivers on all sensory levels without going out of bounds.
1.060 S.G. ... 47 IBU's ... 6.0% ABV

MOODY STREET STOUT   Alluring, opaque and exquisitely textured. Our foreign-styled stout is rich, velvet-like; a mystical experience thatis the heart of stout. Coffee, chocolate and nut-like flavors are blended in such a way that with each sip one tastes something different. Slippery smooth, for those who've had dry stout but wish for a more, flavor-empowered pint.
1.058 S.G. ... 39 IBU's ... 5.7% ABV
